From helping them with their luggage to ensuring they were comfortable at all times, the level of care exceeded my high expectations. the flat-screen tv provided entertainment when we wanted to unwind, and the nearby dining options such as Shimla Fine Indian Dining and Dolphin Fish and Chips Restaurant were excellent. the overall experience at the hotel, particularly the personalized care for my parents, made our stay truly exceptional, and I can't wait to return.
